About the Crew
Side A Films is two people and a lot of tape. We started in 2019 in a Fort Kochi apartment with one camera and a borrowed recorder, and we have stayed deliberately small: every film is shot and cut by the two of us.

Shoots handheld, records everything. The vows, the kitchen noise, the uncle singing off-key. Sound is half the film, he will tell you, unprompted.

The Process
Four steps from first call to final tape. No committees, no shot lists copied from Pinterest.
Inquire
Tell us the date and the city. We reply within a day with availability and a straight quote.
Shoot
We arrive early, stay late, and stay out of the way. Two filmmakers, small cameras, real sound.
Edit
Devika cuts one honest version. You get one round of notes; we protect the film from becoming a montage.
Deliver
A private online screening for the family, then your films in 4K plus a keepsake USB in a cassette case.
