Baseline audit
Before we touch anything, four weeks of the client's own operating data becomes the baseline. If the data does not exist, week one builds the instrumentation.
Matched control
Wherever the client has comparable branches, SKUs or cohorts, one set stays untouched. The outcome you see is the gap against that control, not against a hopeful forecast.
90-day holdout
